We just booked a room at the Melrose for $86. They are having some 86th Birthday special. Not sure how soon you have to stay but if you're looking to stay there in the next few months, it's a good deal. (AW: We got a $200 gift card as a late wedding/anniversary gift! So we're staying next month for Ben's birthday.)
