Wedding Coordinators?

Does anyone in the area know of any good (and not ridiculously insanely priced!) wedding coordinators in the Fort Worth area? I have been researching online for awhile and have read all sorts of reviews but there are just SO many that I thought that I would see if anyone on here has any suggestions. Thanks for the help (:

BSN: I have no idea! Ha, that probably doesn't help you much. We are working on a pretty tight budget and after researching so much last night I am thinking of maybe nixing the whole idea. Our budget is about 15K which doesn't give us a lot of leeway with extra costs. I am not sure if one would be worth using a lot of our budget or not.

Linz: Thank you for the suggestion, I will look her up!

Well,  if you don't use a wedding coordinator, this board is VERY helpful with ideas and do-it-yourself projects.  Also, the girls are great at suggesting locations that have on-site coordinators to where you won't need to hire people.

For instance - I'm using Sky Creek Ranch Golf Club in Keller and my coordinator there is AMAZING!  I don't need to hire anyone - only 1 bride in her time there has hired someone.

Use this board - its a great resource.

We are using a day-of coordinator rather than a full-service planner, and she has been great so far. Her name is Meredith Commender of Significant Events of Texas. I also met with Tami Winn in Fort Worth and she was really nice too.

I'm using Dayna of www.eventsbydayna.com for planning and day-of coordination. She's the most affordable planner I found, and she's in FW. My wedding budget is similar to yours, and she's been great so far at finding me vendors that'll fit in my budget.

Thank yall so much, this all gives me a lot of information to go on. These boards are definitely handy and it's nice to have a place to discuss things with people going through the same important event (:

Yeah, I was going to suggest Tami Winn.  She's in Ft. Worth.  I don't know her prices for coordinating but I really loved working with her on my wedding.
