I'm here and surfing the net waiting to go home. Our office holiday party is next Wednesday. They are always boring but with free food and drinks, can't complain.

Well it's more of a dinner at a restaurant, so I'm thinking 2 hours? It's a bit annoying though that they never allow SOs since most do around here. I get it cuz it's budget but it's still annoying for a Friday night. And I guess I might just be a teensy bit jealous since my job never has Christmas dinners haha :-P

Yes, hellosunshine I'm from NC but I don't live there anymore. I'm in Ecuador as of 2 1/2 years, but TK will only accept US states haha. I'm from Winston, where are you?

40 more minutes till I get to go home, open a bottle of wine and relax! ha! going to see Christmas Spectacular. I guess its more and more common not to invite partners to christmas Dinner parties, with the economy its nice that they are throwing it to begin with.

Mmm cheez itz! It's been a while since I've had some of those yummy! What's for dinner? Will your FI be coooking when he gets home, or do you mean you're just waiting for him to get home to start cooking/ eating?

He usually doesn't come home until 5:45 so I'm waiting for him to come home then we can decide what to eat! I prefer to wait so I don't have to cook everything by myself! We ended up having spaghetti with garlic cheese bread, yum!

Speaking of cheez-its, one Christmas my brother got like 8 boxes of it!

Hahaha I love gifts like that! Straight to the point lol! For secret santa one year at work, I asked whoever it was to skip the usual bath and lotion set... just get me a ton of chapsticks, I lose them like it's my job. And that's what I got! A billion chapsticks! Best gift ever hahaha I'm addicted to them!

im a little late...but i decided to check in and see what u girls are up to ! 

im sitting here drinking a glass of wine watching t v/ dvr...fi went to a high school basketball game and my 8 yr old is at his nana's and the baby is sleeping..so im kinda bored til fi gets home. will be going to bed soon got work in the am !

Yes, I love love spicy food so that same Christmas, my parents gave me like 20 bottles of tabsaco. That was maybe 7 years ago and I STILL have few left- they're way past their expiration dates though!
