Does anyone know if you are supposed to get gifts for the Ushers and/or Guestbook and Program Attendants?

We are getting them just like the rest of the bridesmaids and groomsmen. (One of our ushers is a woman.)

You give a gift to anyone that is doing anything at your wedding but does not get paid.

I'm getting my 2 readers and guest book attendant - small 5x7 journals with their first initial. I just wanted something small but personal to show them how much they are appreciated! And I know the gift will surprise each of them!
