Greek Orthodox Crowns

Hoping there are some Greek Orthodox brides out there that can help me! I'm looking for recommendations on places to purchase wedding crowns (Stefana) for my ceremony. I've found a couple sites online but nothing really seems to be to my liking. I have pretty modern taste so glueing a bunch of sea shells and pearls onto a circle isn't really going to work for me!

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

Try cross-posting in the Christian Weddings "cultural" board. There's a couple of 'dox brides there. I've read about couples having a metal worker, not a jeweler or stefana specialist, make them. Also, renaissance fair hobbyists.

Your koumbaro/a is normally responsible for purchasing this along with other ceremony items. Mine came from a store in Astoria, NY but I am not sure where exactly. Maybe try a search there.

Try etsy.com there are some nice ones there. but like the above poster said, your Koumbaro/a is usually responsible for the stefana. So just steer them in the direction of what stefana you like

Also I've seen my future sister in law has this beautiful shadow box type thing on her wall in a cherry wood that has their stefanas preserved inside.... No idea where they got it, I will have to ask her!

I got mine here, but I don't know if you'll like them. I wouldn't rely on your koumbaros, unless he mentions something. Mine was a convert, so he didn't know he was supposed to get them.
