We are having a really small wedding and my sister is going to be my only bridesmaid. The only thing is that she is only 16 and pretty immature, so my mom is ending up having to do all the stuff that a maid of honor would do. I kinda feel like I want my mom to be my maid of honor instead just because she is doing so much and I want to give her kind of the honor of being in the wedding. The only thing is we have never been really that close, like spill our guts out to each other and tell all of our secrets, but we like each other. I need some advice, any thoughts?
