My FI has a lot of close guy friends, so many that he did not ask a few to be in the wedding party. I have a large family and the only one of my siblings not in the wedding is my brother. My mom and sisters have expressed that they think my brother should be in the wedding. I don't really think my brother cares too much. I said he could wear the matching tux and walk my mom down the isle so for family pictures he would fit the part. For me that is good enough, but for my family it is drama. With the, "well grandmom will not be happy" or the "but he is the only one not in it". It is driving me insane. I've had a conversation with my FI about it and he said he has more guys he would want to put in over my brother, and that I should tell my family to mind their business, but I am super close to my family and I don't want all of this drama. I know I could have him on my side, but I know he would feel odd doing that, so I am stuck in a crappy situation. Any ideas.
