Hey ladies how is everyone?

My news: DH and I need knottie vibes and prayers!  We made an offer on a house and we hope everything goes through OK so we can move in before Chiquitabanana is here.    We've been packing and sorting the condo for the last few days and we have a ton of work left but I'm still beat!

We need to get the condo ready for showing.  We've been talking about doing that for approximately forever but now we're actually doign it.  So we spent all afternoon Sunday and yesterday cleaning and before I made dinner tonight, I did the same thing.  It's a TON of work but at least it's all for a good cause.  Plus once we're in the house it's our house!

We also need to get the mortgage and if the owner gets a better offer then we need to drop our Hubbard clause. 

Our front yard isn't ours but I told DH that we should bury a statue of St. Joseph somewhere near our place.

I've been feeling unusually crappy all day. I did find an ad on Craigslist for a job opening at a bakery in my area, so I sent my resume...crossing fingers that it pans out!

@Man: Definitely enjoy this last semester.  The real world sucks, and grad school is a terrible way to avoid it

In other knottie news DH and I are flying to our hometown tomorrow to see our parents, ILs, and nephew--very excited!  We haven't seen our families since Thanksgiving.

Brooke, I am applying for law school this fall (LSAT on October 9th...oh my god...) but I won't be starting till Fall 2011. And you're totally right, the real world sucks. FI and I are figuring out expenses and it makes me want to cry sometimes. At least he's been out in it for a little while and can guide me through the ropes.

I graduated in May of 08, and lived in college/real world limbo for about a year.  I'm so glad FI and I were figuring out the real world together...I'm a wimp, and probably would have run back home to mom and dad.  It's nice to feel like a "grown-up" sometimes, but I do occasionally wish I could just go back to school right now. :-)

Man, Chiquita is due December 4th!  I have under 3 months to go.  I know the 3rd trimester brings less energy but I'm doing what I can at this point to keep moving so I'm a team player and not leaving all of this to DH.

Wow! Good luck! And I really, really hope this house thing happens for you. My mom did house stuff when she was just about to have my sister and I know she wasn't exactly thrilled about it. *prayers*

Wow banana, good vibes headed your way from NYC!

I just got my appointment for refitting my wedding dress for my TTD session in October! I lost so much weight (3 inches in my bust) so wearing the dress as is was not an option.

In other news, I just started dance classes again and I am kicking above my head still! Yeah for that! I really thought I would be on the floor in pain and not kicking!
