Gift for matron of honor

My wedding is Saturday and I still need a gift for my matron of honor. I know I should shop for her like I would for her birthday or Christmas but she is hard to shop for. I also want it to be extra special because she is the MOH.  Let me know what you gave your maid or matron of honor please. TIA

Cookbook, apron, Coach makeup bag (purchased from an outlet store), and a Visa gift card, and I put it all inside of a tote bag I bought off Etsy.com (decorated with a design I thought she'd like).

My matron of honor loves to bake, so it will be baking related.  Nothing specific has jumped out at me yet though.
