An Event to Remember vs. Fresh Horizons

Okay Ladies, please help me with the decision of which caterer to use!  Does anyone have good or bad experiences with either of these caterers?  Please tell!  Thanks for your help!

I just cannot say enough good things about Kathe and the team at fresh horizons!! The food was delicious, they work with your budget and they go above and beyond what I would think a caterer would do. We didn't have a wedding planner or anything and their contact person acted as our planner helping with decorations and seating people...they were just worth every dime!! When we met up with DH's family over christmas, they were STILL talking about how great the food was!
