Not literally, but figuratively. I am sitting here in complete shock at 3 of them.
Okay, backstory. I love fashion, and unfortunately have a very big obsession with designer shoes (although I cannot always afford them). My mom presented me with my grandmother's sapphire and diamond pendant to wear at my wedding as my "something old." Stina's picture's have made me ridiculously obsessed with having blue shoes and of course I fell in love with the blue Manolo's. I have been trying endlessly to justify the price, but with everything else going on, I just couldn't.
I even went to my boutique owner BM, and SHE even shot the idea down. After that, I just kind of let it drop and figured I shouldn't waste that much money on shoes. Beautiful shoes, but ridiculously expensive.
Tonight my 3 BMs that live together called me to come over to their apartment. They freaking bought me my MANOLO's. I cried and sat there in shock for about 10 minutes. I just was speechless at how much they care about me.
They said they were very appreciative of my mom and I offering to pay for their dresses, so they were going to pay for my shoes!
I know that no one really cares about this but me, but I am floored by their generosity, and I love them dearly. Maybe even more after tonight.
