How to make MOH feel included?

So my little sister is my MOH, however she is stationed overseas and I have not seen her in over a year. Our engagement became official this January and recently our engagement party passed and I have already ordered my gown. Obviously she has not been present for these things/events and I know she is feeling down about not being able to be here during this exciting time in my life. I was thinking about sending her an little gift to perk her up that was kind of wedding related.

I bought a "Maid of Honor" rhinestone decal and plan to put it on a shirt for her and was thinking about maybe a blinged out flask that says "Maid of Honor" and a double photo frame that has some type of cute poem on one side with a childhood photo of us on the other.

Does anyone have any other suggestions? I wanted to put a few more things in the box but I'm kind of at a loss, I don't want everything to say "MOH"...

Can you email her pictures of your dress? Maybe skype with her for the bridesmaids dress choosing? Ask for her help with the program? She can be involved if she wants!

As for the box you're sending, how about her favorite candy or nonperishable food that she can't get over there? It doesn't have to all be wedding related. It can just be goofy stuff to cheer her up.

I thought about the food item, she loves a specific cookie and yoohoo(sp?), but for some reason I'm not allowed to send her food. I believe the base rejects it. : (

How about magazines, beauty products, postage stamps, iTunes gift cards?

Depending on how far along you are in your planning, what about a 'wedding ideas' scrapbook.  Put a picture of your dress in, some color swatches, pictures of the venue (if you have one and, if not, pictures of some venues you're looking at), shoes, bouquet ideas, cake ideas... that sort of thing.  That way she can give her input.
