When is the appropriate time to ask people to be in your wedding party??
We are recently engaged and are planning on October 2012 or 2013 for the wedding...I am unsure when to ask because of the uncertainty of the date. The date is depending on some career choices and could be resolved as late as Dec2011. I feel like waiting till Dec to ask people to be in a wedding only 10 months later is short notice??????? But then I feel like if I ask now and the date gets pushed to 2013 what if relationships change??????
