One of my good friends was not chosen as a bridesmaid. It was a tough decision but I am happy with the people I have selected to be in my wedding party. Problem is... That friend is very upset, and now she is not speaking with me or my other bridesmaids. I had asked her to read a passage during my ceremony because I explained to her that I still wanted her to be a part of my big day since she is important to me. She refused, saying that she is too shy to speak in public. Does anyone have any ideas of ways I can still include her in my wedding day without having her as a bridesmaid?? Thank you!
