I'm ithe only one in my sisters wedding party and have to give the toast to the bride but im horrible with words....can anyone help??

Remember, giving a toast is never required.  If you really don't want want to do it, just decline.

If you really do, start with thinking about growing up with your sister, and what you first thought when you met her FI.  Is there a cute story about the two of them somewhere?  Then say something about how happy you are for them or what a great couple they are, and then wish them the best.

Decline the toast.  My sister/MOH is generally not a fan of public speaking, so I woudln't consider asking her to give one and it would baffle me if she offered.
