How do i put my sister & brother in my wedding?

We do not want to have a formal bridal party for our wedding. We want the day to be special and simple.  Also, the only man that my FH would have as his best man is not with us anymore. I have one brother and one sister & my family is offended that we didn't include them.  My question is how could i include them without giving them the titles of best man and maid of honor?

I completely agree with Stage. I'll add that in the case that it is just your parents who are offended just say "I'm sorry that you feel this way. FI and I agreed that having a formal bridal party is not something that we want. We are happy with our decision so we ask that you please respect it." Change of subject.

Parents tend to become offended for their children when their children couldn't care less. If this is the case, do what the PP said and then ignore future remarks.

H's brothers were groomsmen, my brother & cousin were ushers at the church, and my SIL and one of H's SILs did readings. Our mothers brought up the offeratory gifts.
