What do you do for a living? I'm an office assistant with my county government tv station. It's much cooler than it sounds.

Do you or your FI/DH make more money? H actually makes slightly more but his health insurance is more expensive so his take home pay is less. It's a convoluted situation.

Are you looking for a new job? Yes! I have put in for a library assistant job, but I'm really not that hopeful. I want to stay within my county government, but I want something a little more fun and busy.

What's your dream job? Detail (where, company name) An elementary school librarian. Going to the library was so fun at that age.

Did you go to college for your job? I did go to college, but not for my job. I got a BA in Music and a Business minor. I want to go back and get my masters in Library Science.

Do you or your FI/DH make more money? We make about the same, but I'm currently bringing in more.
Are you looking for a new job? No, i'm in a pretty good situation with my job :-)

Did you go to college for your job? I went to college, but it wasn't for the job I have right now -- I have my degree in Journalism and I'm almost done with my History BA.

Do you or your FI/DH make more money? Variable, depending on my shifts and how busy we are at work.  That month, I made more.  This month, he probably will.

Are you looking for a new job? Yes, I got my current job because I don't know how long it will take me to find something full time in my field.   Based on how long some of my friends with Bachelor's and my classmates from my Master's program have been searching, it could be a while.

What's your dream job? Detail (where, company name) There's this small firm right nearby that deals with my favorite aspects of my field.  They might be hiring in the next few months...

I just got a new job.  I start on Oct 18.  Same company, same job title, just a different work group and more money.

Honestly, SAHM.  I really enjoy cooking, cleaning, etc, and would love to be able to stay at home once H and I start having kids.  Realistically, something in Human Resources.

Did you go to college for your job?
Yes.  I plan to go back to school next year when my company reinstates tuition reimbursement, and work on my BA in Human Resources

To have kids? No, hahaha...but I am in the process of enrolling in online classes for IT so that I can get a tangible job

What do you do for a living?  Right now I don't make a living - I'm in my third year of law school.

Do you or your FI/DH make more money?  Right now FI does since he actually works.  That will change in 9 months when I finish school and start working.

Are you looking for a new job?  No, I have my job lined up.

What do you do for a living?  My official title is "Insurance Processor" ... it's a very fancy-sounding way of saying I write up invoices and mail them to people.

Do you or your FI/DH make more money? DH makes double my salary when you factor in his quarterly bonuses. He also manages a bank, so yeah, waaaaaaaay harder than what I do, lol.

Are you looking for a new job? Not really ... I mean, if something awesome sort of fell into my lap, I'd take it, but right now I'm in a position where I get paid way better and have much better benefits than I would for anything else I'm actually qualified to do (It's also way easier than anything else I'm qualified to do)

What's your dream job? Detail (where, company name) As completely unrealistic as it is, I'd really love to star in a sitcom, lol.

Did you go to college for your job? No ... I started out as a liberal arts major and was eventually going to switch to Musical Theatre when I transferred schools, but I never wound up getting to finish even my sophomore year. Working in insurance never even crossed my mind.

Are you looking for a new job? I just started my new job.  It's been quite the adjustment.

Are you looking for a new job? Not really.  If we stay here, I'll keep my job.  We're considering my options in other cities if we go somewhere else for FI's residency.  I'm also considering picking up a science editting job since teaching is only part-time.

What's your dream job? Detail (where, company name) Realistically, this IS my dream job.  Unrealistically, I want to be a cowgirl so I can ride horses and shoot people. 

Did you go to college for your job? not really.  I went to college for chemistry, but I didn't even consider teaching until the last few months of grad school.

Do you or your FI/DH make more money? FI for sure! When I was at my last job he made a little more but when I got my new job I took a rather large pay cut. It is worth it.
Are you looking for a new job? Not really. I am going to be getting my business degree at the end of Aug. and I am hoping that I can get promoted within the company I work for know...They are an awesome company!
What's your dream job? Detail (where, company name) I would love to be a child Advocate! I would want to work in Wisconsin, where I am from or Las Vegas. One of my best friends is from Las Vegas and her child advocate made a huge difference on her life. OR a high priced family lawyer and my FI can be a stay at home dad:)
