How do you feel about sequels?

How do you feel about sequels? In movies or books?  I'm not usually a fan.  It has to be done right.

Name a sequel that you actually enjoy: LOTR: The Two Towers, and Star Wars: The Empire Strikes Back.  For books?  I don't know if I can think of any.

Did you/Are you planning to do engagement photos? No.  It just wasn't in the cards.  We couldn't afford it, and we managed to take an "impromptu" engagement shoot in my friend's backyard to try and find a good picture for our STDs.

Did you/Are you planning on doing a trash the dress session or B pics? Definitely no to the B-pics.  Standing around in lingerie for my dress fitting yesterday made me feel awkward enough.  I don't think I could pull it off.  And I'm leaning towards donating my gown, so...probably no TTD session.

How do you feel about sequels? They're fine if they're good and make sense with the story rather than being a random afterthought when a movie makes a lot of money

Did you/Are you planning on doing a trash the dress session or B pics? We'll do TTD. I actually did B pics a couple years ago, but that was because our photographer (and good friend) wanted to get some in her portfolio when she was first starting out, so I was basically her test model (and it was free)

How do you feel about sequels? I'm pretty neutral about them.

Name a sequel that you actually enjoy: Pirates of the Caribbean!  EDIT: I'll also add Harry Potter here since Emily beat me to PoC.

No.  I considered doing trash the dress, but my mother abhors the idea and she wants to buy my dress.  I'll respect her wishes.  I'm not uber concerned about keeping the dress pristine on my wedding day, so I'll get it a little wet and do some fun beach shots that day instead.

How do you feel about sequels?  Generally I hate them.  I'd rather see an original storyline in movies.

How do you feel about sequels? It really just depends on how good the sequel is.

Did you/Are you planning to do engagement photos? No, we didn't do any.  We just never got around to it.  It wasn't something of high priority on my list.

Did you/Are you planning on doing a trash the dress session or B pics? No B pics or TTD.  I just have a hard time trashing a dress I spent a bunch of money on.  Plus, it's just so pretty!

Tldh, B pics are boudoir pics, where you dress up all sexy (his work shirt, a nightie, your underwear, topless, whatever you feel comfortable with) and take photos. Often people give them to their FIs as a wedding gift, or for example I have a friend who did them just for herself because she'd had some eating issues and is now comfortable with her body and wanted to celebrate that, which I think is awesome.

Good, if I like the original movie and want to see the characters again.  On the top of my head I can think of Shrek because it's my daughters favorite and she loves the Shrek Trilogy.  Thank god for trilogies when she gets bored of one of the 3, she has the others

Sequels? I'm ok with them as long as they aren't the random after thought like everyone else mentioned.

Sequel I enjoy? I'm a huge Harry Potter fan!

Did you do engagement photos?Yes but not professionally. The photographer offered either an engagement or bridal session with our package. FI wanted me to do the bridal session. Fi's parents got a new camera and offered to do the e-pictures. If we didn't like them they would pay for professional ones. Most of theirs actually turned out to look professional. It was fun! Bridal session is next Saturday though! 

Trash the dress? NO NO NO NO NO!!! I love my dress way too much.
B Pics? I wouldn't be against it. Just haven't found the time.

Did you/Are you planning to do engagement photos? I had planned to...my friend, who is doing our photography for the wedding, told me that she'll do them whenever we can arrange them
Did you/Are you planning on doing a trash the dress session or B pics? No...to both. Why get rid of a dress that 1-you spent so much money on and 2-symbolizes the beginning of your new life together? As for the B-pics...I feel uncomfy enough undressed, don't think I'll include a camera

Did you/Are you planning to do engagement photos? We did engagement photos. I was unsure if that was something I actually wanted to do, but they turned out really well and it was nice to have some pro photos of us that weren't just wedding photos.

Did you/Are you planning on doing a trash the dress session or B pics? Nah. I had considered doing a trash the dress session, but I really wanted to trash my dress with paint, and felt it was too destructive when I could just donate it. So, as soon as the wedding is over, I'm getting my dress cleaned, packing it up and donating it so someone can either wear it or turn it into something new that they love.

How do you feel about sequels?  I like a few of them, but most aren't that great.  If I watch them, it's usually on dvd.

How do you feel about sequels?  I only like them if they tell their own story, instead of just trying to cash in on people's goodwill for the first film.

Did you/Are you planning to do engagement photos?  Yup!  We went to Disneyland and got some really good ones.

Did you/Are you planning on doing a trash the dress session or B pics?  Neither.  I've already donated my dress, so TTD is out.  DH isn't really comfortable with the idea of B-pics, and frankly I'm not really comfortable with it either.  It's not that I have body issues, it's more that I wouldn't want it leaking to the tabloids someday when I'm all rich and famous.  I worry about things like that.

We really haven't talked about it.  I have a ton of photog friends back home who would do them for cheap, but IDK when our next trip is going to be.  I don't really know of anyone around here. Our venue includes a session in the package, but I don't think we'll use it.

not TTD. I think they are a little AWish.  B pics maybe.  They would be for FIs wedding gift and because we only see eachother a few days a week with his work schedule. (will stay the same after wedding)  I have some ideas in mind, but I want to make my goal weight first.

How do you feel about sequels?  The ones I've seen I've enjoyed.  Except for Godfather 3 because they put in so much junk that wasn't in the book.

Did you/Are you planning on doing a trash the dress session or B pics? I LOVE my dress so there's no way I'm going to ruin it.  There's no way I'm getting undressed in front of a stranger.  I wear by bathing suit to the dr because it covers more than my bra and undies - I like to keep covered up.
