3 maids of honor?!

Im having a really hard time picking between my best friends from home and my roommate in college as maid of honors. So ive decided to go with all three. However, I have 4 bridesmaids total and I think it would be really awkward to list three maids of honor and then one bridesmaid (plus I dont want to hurt anyone's feelings) on the wedding program. Any ideas how this could be done?

    Just don't have a MOH. I didn't. They all do the same thing, so it's not necessary, and if you are making 3 of 4 MsOH, that's going to be awkward.

    ditto PPs-- I have 3 best friends who are like my sisters. There is no way I could pick between the three, so I did not and I have 5 bridesmaids with no designated MOH.  My 3 best friends are heading up the bachelorette party and that is awesome.  At the end of the day the MOH and the bridesmaids do the same thing.
