I will start this question off with the disclaimer that perhaps I should not have asked her to be a bridesmaid to begin with but...
Over the last year I became 'friends' with a co-worker. We did double dates with her husband a few times, met up after work for drinks etc... I really liked spending time with her because she was easygoing and 'normal'. So I asked her to be in the wedding party and she accepted quickly and seemed excited. I left my job mid November for another opportunity and have not seen her since. Truthfully, since leaving that job things have been different. I sent her an email with a link to our wedding website, I was expecting a response from her especially since I wrote a nice introduction about her on the bridal party page. But she never responded. We did touch base via text messages over the holidays, but since the New Year, she has not responded to my texts or made any attempts to contact me.
The last text message that I sent her was "Lets get together soon for coffee or a lunch, I miss you" No response. Nothing.
I don't know what to do. I don't want to bug her, if she doesn't want to hang out or even meet up for a quick coffee then I really doubt she wants to be in the wedding.
Any suggestions?
