Okay, I don't want to sound like a bridezilla or anything because I'm really trying NOT to be that chic! But my MOH is really getting on my nerves! Whenever we make plans to go and do something wedding oriented, at the last minute she decides she has something more important to do! She's always telling me, if you need me to do something, let me know. When I tell her, she always has other obligations when it comes time to do what needs to be done! Just last week, we had made plans (two weeks prior) to go and look at the wedding/reception site and the day before she decided she couldn't go because her son told her he needed to go move out of his apartment and move into another one and she needed to go help him clean up the old apartment! He is a grown behind man--that has friends! Because she couldn't go, she wanted me to reschedule my meeting with the event coordinatior for another day! HELLO!!! Are you stinking kidding me? NO!!! I need to insure that the date that I want for the wedding to be locked in! I cannot--(strike that) will NOT work on your schedule! Timing is really of the essence in this matter (as all you other brides know)! There's no room for shucking and jiving!
Okay, so back to the question at hand...can I fire her? She already has her dress and it cannot be returned. Two of my other friends have been a lot more helpful in this whole planning process and they aren't even a part of the wedding party...HELP!
