So I asked a friend of mine to be a bridesmaid, she said yes and seemed excited at the time. When it came time to look at bridesmaids dresses, she couldn't make it; and when it came time to order the dresses, she drug her feet and complained about ordering the dresses so early. I eventually caved and told her she had another so many months to order it. The I asked to go to see my dress when it came in, and she was an hour and 30 minutes late. I've also asked her to hang out several times and haven't gotten anywhere. I'm not getting the feeling that she wants to be a bridesmaid, is it possible to un-ask her? And if so, how do I go about that?
