My fiance and I are getting married in three months. We are both older and want to have children right away. If it was up to him, we'd start trying on our honeymoon (or sooner, lol). I would be 100% on board with this if weren't for the fact that my sister is getting married five months after us. I'm her maid of honor. We got engaged after her and when I told her the first thing out of her mouth was that I better not get pregnant...she "didn't want a fat maid of honor". I realize we shouldn't plan our lives around her and that likely we wouldn't get pregnant immediately anyways. Still, we could wait a few months and then it would be a non- issue. I tend to show weight gain pretty quick as I'm very short. I'm sure my fiance will go along with what will make me happiest.
