I have an odd situation--the month of my wedding is the month that my fiance's grandparents celebrate their 65th wedding anniversary! It is also a month that is just two months after the death of my grandmother, who was coming up on an anniversary too-this year would have been 64 years of marriage to my grandfather.
My fiance and I want to honor his grandparents with the anniversary with a special song or acknowledgement. But we don't want to make my grandfather feel worse (this will be his first time going anywhere without my grandmother in decades). To add insult, he and my grandmother used to be big into dancing, and I'd hate to hurt his feelings by giving the other grandparents a special dance.
Any ideas you can think of?
