we are going to be having a fairly small wedding - inviting about 100 guests and I will only have 3 maids. My FI and I have large families with lots of kids. I have 2 nieces who i always envisioned being in my wedding as flower girls. I couldn't imagine it any other way. My FI has 4 nieces and after we got engaged most of them were so excited, asking me if they could be in our wedding. I didn't know how to respond so I just said yes without thinking about it first! 2 of his nieces are older - 13 and 10 and the other 2 are 7 year olds. It was my thinking that I would have my 2 nieces and his 2 younger ones all be flower girls and the 2 older ones be jr bridesmaids. After thinking about it, I realized it might look a little ridiculous having so many little girls walk down the aisle before me! How would you line up the wedding party? Should I ask some of the girls to take on another role, like handing out programs or something? I just don't want anyone to feel left out!
