Can anyone help with my siggy?

I used to not be so computer stupid.  I C&Ped my siggy, but it won't show up.  Did the coding change with the new board?  Here's what I have, minus the stars.

This is mine. Just get rid of my tiny url and add yours. And get rid of the stars.

My siggy is ginormous.  How do you change the size?  The old code had a number you could type in.  Without a number, it's scary big...
