We haven't had a question in a while.

If you're married, what was your favorite registry item? Was there something you registered for on a whim and are now so glad you did?

If you aren't married yet, what registry item are you most hoping to get?

I had NO idea these existed. But thank you because I will now be registering for one.

And to answer the question...blankets! I plan on registering for lots of blankets. We have three dogs and I'm constantly washing the blankets we keep on the couches.

I'm really hoping for bed sheets without paint on them! At the moment we only have one set and paint got spilled on them a few months ago when we were moving into our new home.

And, if you asked the FI, he wants this super special knife from Williams Sonoma. He got one for his bro on sale at Christmas last year and found out later it's this uber chef's knife. He won't buy it full priced (over $200) and we haven't seen it on sale again.

Favorite=Knife set!

Whim=Shark handheld vacuum. So convenient and we would've never bought it for ourselves.

Hmm favorite is tough. I would say either our super soft bath towels or the wine glasses we now use ALL the time.

Whim= Beatles glasses that we got and use all the time. I just saw them at Target and thought "those look neat."

I'll add a couple too.

Thing I wished we registered for: Keurig. Didn't know if we'd use it, so we didn't register for it and then 6 months after the wedding, ended up buying one and use it every morning now.

Thing we registered for and never use: panini maker. It was something I just HAD to register for and we haven't used it once.

Aww! The panini maker is what I am most looking forward to! I have a feeling the kurig will be the thing that we don't use, but, I put it on the registry just in case.

I loved the All Clad pan and the really nice sheets.

We added a down blanket that I'm so glad we added.   It's our summer weight comforter!

Favorite item: Kitchenaid Mixer.

Nothing that we registered for on a whim but DH's aunt decided that our towels should be the best and upgraded the living eff out of the towels we actually registered for.

Thing I'm most looking forward too-Le Crueset dutch oven. I don't currently have a stove/oven pan, so looking forward to using it.
Whim-ice cream maker. i hope we get it.

I haven't had my wedding yet but my shower was this past weekend.

Favorite registry item received thus far: Espresso machine! We have a Keurig and it's saved us a lot of money, but sometimes I NEED a latte. I can't wait to make my own at home! FI was bummed when I told him it was sitting in his closet until after the wedding.

Registry item we're most hoping to still receive: The memory foam pillows! If we don't get them, they will be the first thing we buy with our completion discount.

Item we registered for on a whim: A towel warmer. Our bathroom is FREEZING in the winter, so it would be so nice to wrap up in a nice hot towel after a shower.

Favorite Item: Tie between the super plush towels and my cookware

Whim Item: Ice Cream Maker - At Macys, I asked H if he wanted to register for anything.  We were in front of the ice cream maker and he said this.  H LOVES it!  It makes the best ice cream.  We actually use it pretty frequently too.

Oo I want this ceramic bakeware set.  It is cream colored and gorgeous.  I love to cook! I really am hoping to see that come in. If not, it's only 40. I will just go ahead and get it myself! haha!
