Where is a good place to buy kippahs?

We're having an interfaith ceremony and would like to supply some kippahs for those who want to wear one. Everything I've found is like $2.50+ each - is there a cheap supply place online?

Thanks!

We're probably going to buy from zionjudaica.com.  The suede kippahs are 2.25 each and satin are 1.35 each. However, if you only want a few, the prices tend to go up.
The rates I quoted are pretty much the same across the web - I checked a number of sites and ended up bookmarking that one because they throw in clips for free.  Google "purchase kippahs" and a ton of sites will come up.

We are ordering from http://www.yarmulka.com/index.asp.  I think it is where my mom got kippot for the three bar/bat mitzvahs in our family.  Satin kippot with personalization are $15/dozen.  I think there is a 5 dozen minimum, and it's free shipping on orders over $150.  I ordered them a few days ago, actually...I'd like to get anything I can out of the way!

Thanks so much!  yarmulka.com can't be beat with that free personalization - just ordered them. The site let me order 3 dozen even though it says 5 dozen minimum too.

Do you have someone going to Israel soon? A friend of ours is picking them up a shuk while he is there.

FMIL is devastated that there will be no personalization but oh well!

You could always get little stickers--like address label size--made to stick inside.  I've seen that before when people used crochet kippot that you can't really personalize the way you would a satin or suede one, and I think I've seen suede ones that are personalized this way, too.

But thanks for reminding me to make requests of my guests coming from Israel, although I'll be requesting rugelach from marzipan since we're all set with kippot :)

FYI, we had to forgo the personalization because http://www.yarmulka.com/ requires at least 5 dozen to get the free personalization. I didn't care enough about having our names and date on them to pay the extra $$$ or buy extras that we won't use!
  • www.kippah.com offers them at $15.00 per dozen for satin with personalized imprint of bride and groom name and date of wedding. 5 dozen minimum. Haven't received them yet but they look nice.
  • For wedding kippah and tablecloth, try chinese onlineshop: http://www.aliexpress.com/store/818310
    Great surprise on price.
