I actually worked out yesterday!! Woohoo!!

L1: 1/2 turkey sandwich with swiss cheese and dijon and a clementine
L2: 1/2 turkey sandwich with swiss cheese and dijon and carrots
S: (before gym) Cliff bar
D: Turkey Berry salad from Carolina Cafe (no turkey or bacon)

E: Gym before dinner
