June 2012 Weddings

Advice please (trying to avoid being a bridezilla)

Over a month ago I contacted our event coordinator at our venue (who I loved!) to schedule a tasting.  She informed me that she would be moving on to another company and her replacement would be starting immediately.  We decided to wait till the new coordinator had started for the tasting so we could meet with her and go over everything and make sure she is on the same page about everything discussed previously.

Well I waited a couple weeks and sent out an email.  No response.  Waited a little longer and called.  Still no response.  I figured let her have at least a month for the transition and not to worry.

I left her a voicemail this weekend explaining that we would like to come in at their convenince to have our tasting and meet with her.  She left me a voicemail back saying that this is there busy season and they will not be able to accomodate this request till the end of the fall (November-December).  She sounded like she had an attitude too, but I am trying not to read into her tone.

I called her back and got her voicemail again.  I said I understand that it is there busy season, but we would like to try and get the tasting in sooner for printing our invitations.  We would even do a night during the week if that was easier for them (it is a 2+ hour drive for us).

She hasn't called or emailed me since.  I have emails with the onld coordinator saying that this would never be an issue.  I also have emails from the begining of June when we first starting trying to schedule the tasting.

I really need advice.  Should I keep calling?  Am I ridiculous for thinking she shouldn't tell us it will be 2-3 months before we can have a tasting when we have been trying to schedule it for 2 months already??
