Hey ladies,
So I was talking to FI over lunch today and he said he talked to his brother last night (who is in the army and is in the Philippines until February). His brother wants to go on a 10 day hunting trip next November, 4 months after the wedding. We had made a deal a few months back that we would do everything we could to ensure that we spend every single night together for our first year of marriage... we both agreed it should be a priority and we were both really excited about it. I couldnt believe it when he brought it up on the phone today. He doesnt get to see his brother very much because he lives in Seattle (we are in MN) and now that he is in the Philippines its even harder. I feel like if I show any displeasure that he wants to do this, that I am saying he has to pick me over his brother. But at the same time, we agreed to doing everything we could to be together everyday for the first year.... am I wrong to be upset about this?
