So last night when I was giving my hedgehog, Juniper, a bath, she passed urine with blood in it. I took her to the vet first thing this morning, and she said it was either a UTI or bladder stones, both of which hedgies are prone to. So she gave me a 2 week perscription for an anti inflammatory and antibiotic, hoping that it's only a UTI. If it's not better in 2 weeks, it's likely bladder stones and the surgery she would need costs about $700......
So please, T&Ps that my little hedgie only has a UTI
