RSVP wording

So, I realize that I have posted like 6 times and I could have made it all one big post. haha. Oops.

Okay so I am trying not to offend people but I want to make it obvious that they are more than welcome to bring a guest...

So, I have two different RSVPs.

The one from earlier and then another for with guests.

It says:

M_______

Along with ______

__ accepts w/pleasure

__ declines w/regret

 please join us for an early dinner

This would also work for the families that have like 12 members. (Gives them room for the parents and then the children's names underneath.

I think it looks fine but how are you going to do spacing when some people will bring one guest and like you said some will have a bunch of children? It could get very crowded and hard for you to read

Name:
Number Attending:

Accepts with pleasure:
Declines with regret:
