So I was really really looking forward to going on my honeymoon but then one of FI's coworkers has this house its three bedrooms 40 acres, 20 tillable for 143,000. Its a rent to own, 700 a month and 2,000 down(witch is about the cost of our honeymoon). Fi and I wanted to buy a farm within four years and this would be great just to start out with. Ugh...I know we can always go on a honeymoon later but it wont be the same.
