Hi June 2012 brides! I haven't seen any other posts about our fitness group so I thought I would start one this week!
What are everyones goals for this week and how did you do with working out over the weekend? I also thought this might be a fun place to share healthy meals that we have found and loved! I know I have a hard time thinking of heatlhy meals that I like especially to take to work for lunch!
For me I did my arms DVD from P90x and the Ab DVD on saturday. I didn't workout on Sunday (oops).... but I did my p90x video last night and plan to do it today, Hopefully I will be better this week about working out because FI started now too!
