I am so excited, we got so much done this weekend!!!
First of all, I GOT MY DRESS!!!! SO excited
It's a James Clifford dress and I'm so in love with it! It's very vintage and classic which I love and exactly what I wanted!
Second- We registered!!! It was a rainy gross Monday and we both took the day off so we went to register at Bed Bath & Beyond yesterday! It was tiring to look at different utensils and napkins and wine glasses but also very fun. We have very similar tastes so we picked everything out together!
Third- Sent the deposit in for the photographer!!! I am SUPER excited about this because I feel like we met with soooo many photographers and just weren't loving them (either their work wasn't for us or their price). So finally after much searching and many meetings, we booked ours!
Fourth- I started addressing our 'Save the Dates'!!! We got these in last week, but I was taking a few days off from wedding planning so it waited until last night! I have about 50% done, but in no rush since we won't be sending them out until Sept 30th (9 months before the wedding). We did postcards from VistaPrint, pretty simple but elegant.
Fifth- My dad has secured the DJ!!! Signed the contract for the dj and also started to pick out the uplighting we are going to be doing with him as well!!!
Now onto the flowers....
