after about 6 months of deliberation, we have finally decided on our honeymoon!! (and BOOKED THE ROOM TOO so it's official!!!

We will be spending 11 nights at the Riu Guanacaste In COSTA RICA!!! AHHH!!!

That's awesome! We're going to Hawaii. We have our hotel booked but need to get plane tickets. FI said his parents kinda offered to pay for the RD or honeymoon so we'll see. I'd like to find out over Christmas break so we can get our plane tickets

Ditto.  I was terrified to fly but got medication for it and the one flight I took on the medication was great.  I'm trying to convince FI to do the same.  It really helped with my anxiety.

Sounds like fun! We are planning on going to Mexico, but we've been kinda waiting to see if prices drop closer to the date.

My FI doesn't have anxiety.  I had some meds for him just in case he did at the airport.  He just gets some intense migraines from the pressure changes during take off and landing.

11 night honeymoon? That's awesome!

We are spending a week at a resort and spa in Traverse City in northern Michigan. It's right on the beach and is surrounded by wineries. We are  soooo excited!

Yeah! It was about the same price (through priceline...love that website!) to go to this resort for 11 days and to go on a carribbean cruise for 7 days...it was kind of a no brainer

Yeah.  Good thing we found out now.  He went to DC with me and stayed the first day in the hotel room all day.  He still wants to go somewhere international so if we still do Costa Rica or somewhere near that we are thinking of taking a train to TX first so it's a shorter flight.
