Hey girls. I have a cousin who lives a state away who is getting married April 2nd. She got engaged last fall and they have not sent my family a STD or an invitation. My parents are going to have to take off work to make it to the wedding and I'm in my last semester of nursing school and I'm swamped. WELL I got a facebook message tonight asking me to read the prayer of the faithful at the wedding (it''s a traditional catholic wedding). A) I think this is a little tacky because it was sent via facebook and
I need to decline this. I love her and would love to make it but I have class till 3pm that I can't miss that friday and then will have to be back by Monday at 6am and it's a 12 hour drive. Also my FI already has plans for a parent's day for this weekend for his fraternity. I hate to be that girl but....I need help declining in a graceful/tactful way!!!
