    One thing you reminded me to get was containers for forks/spoons/knives.

  • Well, it's honestly not as bad as I was expecting. 

    One thing that may help would be to just list everything that needs to be made (without listing supplies) and everything that needs to be purchased (one list for the DIY stuff and one of items that you need such as knives).

    <div>I would most definitely do this.  I will confess I didn't read the entire list, but to me, the more organized the better and easier it is to accomplish things, so I think sorting things would really help you manage your tasks.</div>

    Yes, as stated above, we are doing our own food. Mostly, we're recruiting family members to do it.

    And, I am organinzing it all into an Excel List now.

    ETA: Guess it isn't stated, its inferred. lol.

  • I would make a calendar and write which days you're gonna tackle each project
  • I write everything on my calendar. Makes me feel productive and calm, there is time!
