    I am doing the insanity workout.  I only have five more weeks to go.  I dont need to lose anything, I just want to tone up.

    I do Zumba(LOVEEE it) and treadmill mondays
    Kickboxing/power-strike tuesdays
    Zumba and treadmill Weds
    Thursday i jog either outside or on treadmill for abt an hour
    Fri-Sun I lazy up..lol

    Yes i do have a goal - but i've been doing it more for good health in general. I want to loose about 10-15 before my wedding day.

    I will be starting in June.  Zumba and Pilates classes for all of June and July.  That will mean 4 days exercising per week.  In August it's fitness boot camp for the month.  My goal is to lose 45 lbs by this November averaging 8 to 10lbs per month. 



    Love is the ultimate superpower.   
    It can make you weak and strong simultaneously.

    I'm doing P90x. It's not to lose weight(actually trying to gain lol). But I do it for the cardio! Heart heath is super important, especially for AA women!

    I try to do insanity and go to the gym when I can - not on a real "regimen", but I'm now at the 5-month mark and need to get my butt moving

    I jog daily.  I also do various ab and leg work outs daily because I want to look great for the boudoir shoot ha.
