how are you decorating?

Hi ladies!
I am stuck on the ceremony part of my decorating. We have hired a planner, but i don't know whether to go with the simple/classic style (pew draping, flowers, candles) or a more modern feel ( columns, greenery) What did or are you doing and photos please.

I don't have any pictures to share, but here is what my florist is doing for the ceremony:

black wrought iron arch with a domed top that she will decorate with 3 large arrangements (1 center and 2 on the sides to frame) and hanging flower garland and crystals from the top.  We are going to leave the chairs clean of tulle or arrangements but do a full layer of two toned petals down the entire aisle. Hope this helps.

This is our ceremony. Kinda hard to see but we had candelabras in the front, and the chairs were draped with white organza

This ceremony decor is absolutely GORGEOUS, ladies!

So because  I want to keep the ceremony clean  and minimal I am planning to do a floral arrangement on the gazebo, which will become either the reception table piece or sweetheart table piece.

Then rose petals (A TON OF THEM) along each side of the aisle.. red. That is it.

Nothing on chairs or anything like that. Other then a reserved sign on specific seats that is about it.

Our ceremony was in a church, and the church is so beautiful, that we wanted to keep the decor simple and classic. We had pomander balls on each pew and the pews were draped with tulle (sp). There were 2 large floral arrangements on the altar and we had a custom aisle runner the rose petals going down the sides.

This is the monogram that was on the aisle runner (we used it again during the reception draped over the sweetheart table):

I'm thinking rose petals along the aisle pomanders on aisle chairs and some crystal curtains or hanging strands.

We are getting married in ahotel so we will have an aisle runner with rose petals and large candles down the aisle.  I didn't like the arch options so i am going without it.
