Hello everyone! My fiance and I were engaged February 7, 2009 and our wedding date is March 27, 2010. I was born and raised in Philadelphia, PA and currently live in the Chicago area, where I met my fiance who is a Chicago native. Most of the major details of the wedding are in order. Aside from my attire, I located the reception site, ordered the flowers, and ordered the invitations (which I will send out). Since I wanted an island wedding (and conceded to a Chicago event), my fiance is handling all of the other details. Music, programs, seating, favors, cake and gifts. He also has to find hotel accommodations for all of our out-of-town guests and put together welcome bags in addition to organizing attire for all of the men in the wedding party. He's organized and doesn't like waiting until the last minute to do anything. I have done everything I need to do except the completion of alterations for my dress.
