Hey, sisters!Here is my tip for all of you chip fanatics like me. The low fat/cal chips just don't taste good to me so I decided to find another alternative....pickles. They are crunchy and salty which is why I eat the chips in the first place. Most pickles are 5-10 calories a spear/slice.Just thought I'd share. **aquarius** has inspired me to keep a daily journal of my nutrition and exercise to keep me focused on the '1 day at a time, 1 meal at a time' mantra.
