NWR: Sharing a Tip with AAW Biggest Loser Divas

Hey, sisters!Here is my tip for all of you chip fanatics like me. The low fat/cal chips just don't taste good to me so I decided to find another alternative....pickles.  They are crunchy and salty which is why I eat the chips in the first place.  Most pickles are 5-10 calories a spear/slice.Just thought I'd share.  **aquarius** has inspired me to keep a daily journal of my nutrition and exercise to keep me focused on the '1 day at a time, 1 meal at a time' mantra.  You can see it on my blog if you like to be nosey.     great tip cicy!!...I'm gonna get my journal on too...I've got to measure myself and post that info and keep it up...plus I need to look at aquarius's post again to see when we're to post updates...this is gonna be so inspiring to each person participating!!  :)

    Yeah I weighed in on Monday at 163. I hope to lose 1 pound per week for the next 13 weeks.  My goal weight is 150.
