10-minute workouts

Hello, ladies. I've been in the gym pretty regularly (definition of "regularly" at least 4-5 times per week), but I've found that I can't always make it there before my gym closes... so, I jump rope, kickbox, and weight train at home. I'm excited to share with you all who might have the same situation that I found some great 10-minute workouts on youtube that free me up from having to be creative when I can't get to the gym.Do a search for SparkPeople Workout, and you'll get a bunch of short 10-minute workouts that target various areas of the body.
