Wedding Genie, Fairy, Santa?!

Some of you all know my dad got sick and passed in the span of 2 months
Well right before he got sick I sent off for info in venues for our 3 ring circus

Well I finally started going through this stuff..... Checking websites of venues looking at catering pricing etc

Sheesh can I just rub the wedding genie, wish on a wedding fairy or ask Santa to just do all this planning for me?

Please?! I have been really good girl this year lol

I know right! I've had my good and bad days with wedding planning...just like with anything else in life. it was the "getting started" part that was the hardest. We only had 6 months to plan. Everything always works out :

Lol if only life was that easy. As a little girl, I always thought being a bride would be this fun & glamorous thing---nobody warned me about the work & stress that comes along with it. & people tell me to hire a planner if I don't like it so much but I just can't trust nobody to choose things like that for me, I have control issues I guess lol. (& my condolences to you about your dad)

I hate to say this (not really) but mine has been GREAT & truly easy.   I try to think up projects to do..........but you all will get through this and only remember the good parts.

Girl... I wish there was such a thing.... I totally feel you.. i love wedding planning, etc.. but when it comes to my own, it's so hard.. like Cha said, i have good days and bad days as well.. One time I went 2 months without doing anything wedding... You just have days like that.. Well we here for ya girl, so where shall we begin? What do you have done already?

I know that's right! Since I have almost18 mos, getting started early has really helped me a lot....I just pace myself. Do a little, then stop, then some more .....
