What role will your child/ren be playing in your wedding? (PIP)

I have a 2 yr old and I would like for him to be ring bearer, but he is so shy and I know he's gonna be a problem lol. Once he sees all the people he's either gonna run my way, freeze, refuse to do anything or whine and cry. What should I do? I was thinking of having someone that he's comfortable with escort him down the aisle but I don't know. Please share what your plans are if your facing this problem or what you have seen done at other weddings. Thanks in advance!

My 2yr old will be our flower girl. Im sure her "Dadoo" will have to step in the aisle so she can run to him...


But for my friends wedding I was MOH so I just walked down with the ring bearer and flower girl. It was too cute.

Tooo cute, I just wanna eat him up!! LOL! I agree with B, have him and FG walk together..shoot, I need to figure out, who will even be my FG and RB...my family is mostly girls! And my friends have girls!

First..he is so cute !!!! I have 2 8 year olds My son and step son who will be 9 by wedding then our 18 month who will be 2 by the time the wedding comes and neice who is the same age..we are going to have the 2 older pull the babies in a wagon and I'm gonna have the flower girl carry a pomander..will already have petals scattared down the aisle !! So I say myabe have him walk wit the last groomsman or your MOH !

Thanks ladies! I never thought of the FG and RB walking down the aisle together, maybe because she doesn't like my son, but he loves her lol. FG is a year older and she is one of my BM's daughter she is gonna be to busy putting on a show of her own to be worried about my son. He probably won't want to walk with MOH either. He probably would walk with the last groomsmen, his Uncle, he goes to him fine.

They are too cute!

I have a 5 y/o sold who will be 2 weeks shy of turning 6 and a 22 month old daughter who will be 2 by the wedding in November. MY son will be the broom carrier and my daughter will be 1 of 3 FG. She and my Goddaughter who will be 4 will carry pomanders and the older FG will toss petals...only a few because they will already be placed along the sides of the aisel.

OK...that baby boy is precious! My youngest son is/was the same way.
My young MEN, ages 14 (15 by the wedding date) and 17 will be ushers and will be holding the broom when FI and I jump over it.
So if ya'll see me kissing some other men in my wedding pics just know they aren't grown...lol (yes actually had that happen on Facebook someone didn't know my son was my son! lol)....
