RSVP online wording? Help

I am going the online and phone route for my RSVPs.  Can ya'll help me with the wording?  I definitely have to have the ___ seats have been reserved for you somewhere in the invite.  Could you please let me know which one you think looks the best and which one will get the best response.

The lady that did our invites said try to use "respond" instead of RSVP. So she suggested, "You may respond online via our website www..." I guess you can do the same for phone. Just a suggestion.

Either will work, I voted for Option 1 because it's a little more user friendly lol. I also agree with Gift - use respond instead of RSVP

If you are having a more formal wedding, then I suggest option 2. Otherwise, option 1 is fine if you are using the word respond.
