I might actually do it...DIY that is

so I am not a DIY bride but a discussion about cost of centerpieces got me thinking that I need to stop paying these vendors and try to cut costs somewhere.

So this will be my tall centerpiece done by the florist.

And I was thinking for the other centerpiece, I DIY something like below

I found the holders in three different heights

and will use square glass at the bottom with scattered diamonds. I placed everything in the cart and it will save me just around $400. That's not including the cost of the candles I will need to put in each but I think that's still saving me some money and I might go this route.

I have!... I purchased most of the things I needed for my centerpieces, and other items for the wedding.. a list of thing.. cost me about $180 something including tax and shipping.. and it came pretty quickly!.

They package everything so discretely... I accidentally called them pissed, cause I thought they didn't send my hurricane lamp and the flowers for my centerpieces.. big opps on my part.. cause I ended up finding them the next day.. when they sent out another batch.. good thing though.. cause it turns out I needed more flowers than I had estimated!
