My little sister is getting married 7/2/2011 and I am her MOH.  We have to have her shower 6/30 b/c we're in Memphis and she's in Milwaukee.

So I'm going to do a game called Bridal Drop.  It's alot like 100 Million Dollar Drop.  There will be 10 multiple choice questions about the history of weddings.  The player picks their gift and places it on the answer they think is correct.  If its the right answer they get to keep it.  If it's the wrong answer, it gets donated to the bride.  The player can use the audience for help but only has 5 sec to answer.  The kicker is, the gifts are all household items (that everyone could use) like dish soap, tissue, paper towels, ect. but it's wrapped so no one knows.

I'm also going to read a page long story about her using the words RIGHT and LEFT.  The shower attendants stand/sit in a circle and 2 gifts are place at opposite ends of the circle.  Every time I say "Right" in the story, the gift is passed to the right and the same for left.  The person who has the gift at the end of the story, wins.  These gifts can also be wrapped household items that can be donated back to the bride or kept if the attendant wants them.

One of the other bridesmaids emailed me more games and their description.  If you want them then I can send them to you via email if you give me your email address.

What's in the bride purse- You have to go through the bride purse and make a list of all the items in her purse. Who ever has the most items wins.

Bride Bingo-I think you can find that on polkadot.com

We played the purse game, but everyone had to go through their purses & pull out the items on the pre-created list. We did groups....so the group with the most items won.
We also played who knows the bride best. There was a list of questions (with my answers of course) & whoever got the most answers won.

We played this game during my bachelorette night, but I've played it before at someone's bridal shower. Its an ongoing game where you can't say certain words, such as bride, groom, wedding, flower girl, ring, etc, the entire time. Whoever said those words got a check on their nametag. The person with the least # of checks won. (This game is also played at baby showers.)
