Wedding Dress Disappointment

Sorry, but i had to rant, i went wedding dress shopping for the second time today.  I brought my best friend to Bellevue Bridal where i had an appointment.  When i first got there, the person who greeted us was great, and she introduced us to the person who would be helping us.  Unfortunately, the girl assigned to us was so unhelpful - she only checked with us once during the 30 minutes we were there.  We tried finding her, but she was literally no where to be found.  Aaaargh!

Ugh! That sounds so frustrating! Did you say anything to them while you were there? If you are really wanting to try on dresses at Bellevue Bridal, maybe call them and request you be assigned someone else. Where else have you tried on dresses? I found mine at I Do Bridal in Seattle and they were fantastic. I'm sure your next experience will be better wherever you go. Good luck finding the dress! :)

There are plenty of bridal salons out there to not have to put up with that kind of treatment.  At least you know now BEFORE you've given them any money that they aren't very good business-wise.  I agree with PP - try I Do and I would also suggest Cynderellie's Closet.  Oh yes, and I've heard Amanda's in Redmond is good too.  There are other options.  Don't feel that you have to put up with crap.  What you're purchasing is expensive and not something women purchase regularly, so they should have checked on you more often.

I do bridal - I had one woman to myself for just over 30 minutes - anything and everything I needed she was right there. And there were other sales girls who dind't have anyone to help grabbing dresses for me to try on too!!
